I'd say you can use one of these sections: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] | [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] as long as you mind the board rules:

Web Development would be a good place for that, because you are searching ideas for your website to develope it. I am not 100 percent sure, but I think so its right.
