Hey guys! I'm having some issues still with the exp rate and I cant really edit the exp.bin file because the Bin converter's I'm using messes the file up when I turn it from XLS to Bin. I used xamp and RHData(I know RHData doesnt work right) I seen others using Xamp one but a better version of it, So if someone could help me to get one or show me how to Id be greatful! :handsdown:

I have one, but though I butted heads with its author, I would never share it with anyone.
My suggestion to you:
1. Get your hands on structorian along with its rohan templates
2. Get your hands on MapUSA.h
3. If you have some programming skills, write your own converter to/from TSV files.
Or use rhdata.exe and hope it does the file you want to do (empty the dividing line in the spreadsheet -- rhdata.exe hates that when the sheet is saved.
