is there a way to report suspicious multiaccounting or anything like that if this question is in the wrong section sorry.

Cause i suspect a person on my active thread who has 40 rating who has created his account today. has 40 ratings and all the accounts which i can see he has transacted with also have been created today and are already banned

well he asked me for trade but i do not know methods or ways to find out whether its him but i just found it a bit suspicious that the person with 40 trades created his account in a day and the 5 last trades i can see have been created on the same day and got banned already
