regarding mm

i want to try and start doing mm between gw1/gw2 and paypal payments my question is can anyone give me a step by step process how an mm would work. Example

buying a legendary for $ and i am middle man what info and how should i deal with the trade

anyone ??
would it be i send item to mm
make the buyer send paypal payment to seller
once buyer and seller confirm send and recieving of payment give item to buyer?

or am i missing some steps
