Status:
  • 0 is a normal player
  • 16 is a full rights admin
  • 32 is an admin with less rights than 16
  • 48 is an admin with less rights than 32
  • 64 is an admin with less rights than 48
  • 86 is an admin with less rights than 64

For the admin level i don't know.

And have no idea how to edit statuses? I need that would be a simple user could impose silence (.

Simple users will never be able to silence someone. Except if you give them admin rights.

I will say differently.
I need to have all GM commands are not available except / silense for GM users or simple users.
