if I get the requirements
for any of em, and I Craft em, will they be perm?

Yep if u use some items ..name forget x) and with force packs stats or +8

I used with +8 but u can also force pack stats ^-^
Entchants are at start there but randoms Entchants.


Make it right and look on the list (you will need these day of the weapons)
