New server up and running! But need some help!

Hello guys!

Today I got my server up and running we named it Mayhem.

Its an level 115 server with hero skills BUT! we want to be able to lock the level at lvl 99 so we cannot use the Hero skills.

If anyone could teach me how to do this thrue the SQL or however its supposed to be done I would be greatly thankfull!

(The things I need help with is)
1.Lock level cap.
2.Change Server rates.
3.Be able to give my Gm's an [GM]Tag in their name.
4.any possible way of making accounts automaticly without opening SQL and making it manualy.

Its alot to ask for and I hope someone got the answers! Thanks a bunch :)!

(We also look for skilled Dev's)

1. Edit MapUS/MapID with HexEditor or any other Hex Programm
(You can also disable the Hero Skills on BIN's)
2. Server Rates are on BIN's also Editable with Hex Editors or BIN Editors
(Edit it with BIN Editor and Edit it then with Excel best & fastest Way)
3. If you dont know about this please Stop make a Server, thats one of the easy Steps on SQL...

4. Called Register Page, TuT are on Google or Youtube... Or get one from here on Epvp.

Open a Rohan Server is useless, since YNK Shutdown every FB Page, Website & Host/Roots.

Better dont waste your Time on this and switch to a other Game.

Idc if now any Flamer Kid try to make me bad here but its a warning. YNK is very active now and will rape everyone who's running a Server.

Sure, maybe one or other Server is atm still alive BUT only cause they know how to handle it.
Like use different Hosts for every shit.
