[solved]Server state : closed (appear after skill fix)

Hello

Sorry for my english, i'm french

So, i explain my problem

I'm creating a pserver on my pc, i add all to have the level 80

All was working very well, all except skill
The famous bug (can't upgrade skill after level 3)

So, i read the tuto , and i do it

I try it on my server, and, when i tried to up a skill to the level 4, my game crash, and my ps_game too (in pause in the ps_manager)

I restart it, but, when i attempt to select a server, it's written that it's closed

And, i don't know the command to make the state to "open"

I really appreciate your help

I think that's not really hard, but i did found the command, (or i havent done the right search on the forum)

I only found gm command :/

Because of the edit in the proc that reads the skills from the database, which causes a delay of 1 minute, your server's state will be closed for a minute and then you'll be able to go in.

So, if i'have understand , it will close my server for 1 minutes, and after, my ps_game will allow me to inscrease my skill to the max level ?

How long ago.
I had the same error and it worked after a few minutes. ;)
But now I get the following error: "Client version dosent 'match!"
I updated my game.exe with encrypted skill.sdata.
Any idea what happened?

I'm back. :cool:

Thank you.

It's working perfectly now. It was another problem.
But there is something very strange. I have to use the cheat engine every time I restart the server.
Is this normal? It was to be a permanent fix?
If I do not use Cheat Engine when I restart the server, the character with higher skills do not work.

Thats mean lil prohacker using cheat engine to enable higher level of skill. You can use ep 5.3 full server file to fix it. I will share server with game.exe fixed trade button soon.

Do you suggest I replace the files from the server to 5.3?
Is the 5.3 files more stable?

What do you mean by stable ?

The only difference between ep5.4 and ep4.5 server files are the game play features, and the fact that you won't have a working in game item mall.

I don't know today how is the behavior of players of Shaiya.
I'm looking for ideas to try to rescue the gameplay.
I particularly liked the EP4.
But then they started building servers with facilitated and several patches arise.
My intention today is to have the new items - players want it - but rescue mode play, internal economy, etc..
I have some ideas in mind and am in no hurry. I will configure the client and the server with patience.
As I was out of date I'm having some difficulties. I realized that there are new skills, new items, new mounts.
And I'm openly accepting the opinion of all of you.

For the closed statue you can pry open with /admin open
But all accounts (at least all characters) are on ADMIN mode.
