it's a test server , when all updates are completed and tested, maybe they will open it again

I was thinking I will hit 90 this summer but it's off for two months now. The updates are now beeng applied to VIP so the server should be on soon. I hope they finish the update and fix the lag issue at least by the end of this month :D

no, vip is offline due to updates, it will be back online on the 9th of september.
