Galaxy gates question

So i got alpha and beta ready to be prepared but if i do it will it make it harder for me to get the last gamma part i need?

It will be easyier to get the last gamma if you keep both gates closed

If you put them on base then if you try to get the last gamma part you'll be receiving alpha parts and beta parts,so it's harder to open it.

I still get beta and alpha parts but they become multiplier.

Why should i let them stay there seriously im looking for a good answer with an good argument or some proof that the chances will be higher if i let them stay you dont provide me anything. Just wasting my time if you dont know the answer why do you even post.

The chance wont be higher.

They answered, it's better to not put the gates on the base. That's it.
If you put them on the base you'll have parts for the other gates, while if you keep your gates, you'll have multipliers, which means that if you click at the right moment, you'll have more gamma parts.
Without multipliers, the last gamma part is really really hard to get.
With multipliers, if you click at the right moment, you'll have a gamma part 100% sure, and not a multiplier...

If i only need 1 part left which i do if you read my post, and i hit the last part with a multiplier im not gonna get the part im gonna get something else. Just correcting you on that.

No, you're gonna get the part + something else, believe me, i open a lot of gates, thanks to multipliers... And palla by palavia :D

Im pretty sure thats wrong if you hit the last part with a multiplier you gonna get a message saying something about that no parts could be created and your gonna get something random. I had this just happend to me with the last gamma part and when i was building alpha.

I've played darkorbit for nearly 6 years, and I can assure you that keeping the gates, and using the multipliers will force a gamma piece. You must look at the probabilities, if you open alpha and beta your chance of getting the final gamma piece is 1/164, where as if you keep them there your chance will go to 163/164 completion. Where the chance is 15% = 13/100 spins will be gate pieces (on average) then you will develop a lot of multipliers which say for example, you use a multiplier on a spin and you SHOULD have gotten a gamma multi, that will force a gamma piece. MY advise, is to click 5s and use every x2 multiplier you can :)
