Some more information would be nice, what happens when you use RADStudio ( Errors, Crash, The function doesn't work, etc. ).

Doesn't work. Not error or anything. Everytime get return false in rad studio. But perfect working in VS.

Hm try to debug your dll/exe and check what happens.

#Solved. I am using rad studio .dll with vs's .dll :D
