ok just wondering for private servers do you have to pay blizzard to play on a private server or is there a way to make a account server to get around haveing to pay

no, on private Server you donīt have to pay anything (usually).
if you want to play on Blizzardīs official Servers, you have to pay approx. 13€, theres no way to get around of this.
