Hey guys, I am Season 3 and Season 4 Challenger (two accounts).

I am here to answer some questions that you guys may have, as I have noticed not many people give out "free" advice here from an experienced player's point of view.

If you have any questions about the game, please feel free to ask!

If I have helped you in anyway please leave a comment such as a "Thank You"!

You'll have to be more specific, if you have a certain champion in mind.

To answer your "general" question in a "general" fashion, there are Two options.

1. Choose a champion that counters LeBlanc.

A champion that would counter LeBlanc should either have sustain, silence, ranged poke or burst to match her trades/all-in.

For sustain; Nidalee (heal), Vlad (heal and troll-pool to stop her combo).
For Silence; Talon (Q) Lulu (W).
For Ranged Poke; Ziggs, Syndra
For Burst; Talon, Syndra, Fizz

As you can see from the champion's I've listed above, they match 1 or more of the criteria I listed above. Talon can silence, poke and burst etc.

2. Itemization

This is really important and simple to do if you're not a veteran player, who knows exactly what they're doing when trading with a LeBlanc.

The two most common routes would be;

If you're AD (Riven, Talon, Fiora, LeeSin, Zed etc) you would build Hexdrinker.
If you're AP you would build Chalice/Athene's.

If this isn't enough, you can always option for just a null mantle (even if you don't upgrade it) and eventually build that into Mercury Treads.

As a side note: You honestly shouldn't be building a Negatron Cloak for 720g in lane phase just to deal with LeBlanc. That's an early 720g that could have bought a chalice (880g) which would lead to an Athene's for more damage & sustain.

The only time you should build negatron is when you're a champion that can actually use it efficiently (Kat, Ahri, Galio, Diana etc).

As a summary, I suggest you play Fizz (can trade efficiently and burst LeBlanc and also can dodge any 3 of her abilities with troll-poll, which effectively reduces her burst-combo if you can dodge Q) or Lulu, as they are two very basic champs that have an easy-kit to deal with LeBlanc.

However, if you're more advanced and confident in your ability to play against LeBlanc; Zed, Kassadin, Ahri, Ziggs, Talon, Orianna and Syndra can all stand their ground against LeBlanc if played properly (trading & itemization).

Galio and Sion also work, but don't really fit the current meta.

Hope I helped!

I can't go too in-depth as I actually sell Coaching (especially Riven), sorry.

However, for standard cookie cutter builds:

Runes
9x AD Marks
9x ARMR Seals
9x Flat/Scaling MR or 9x Flat CDR Glyphs
3x AD Quints

Items
- Hydra
- BT
- LW
- Ghost Blade
- CDR Boots
- Defensive Item

why u build ghost blade over black cleaver?

Good question.

Just for some quick comparisons:

Ghost blade is 300 gold cheaper (which is a lot).

Black Cleaver has +20 dmg and 200 health ("decent" damage and 200 health is useless, especially because Riven doesn't buy resistances).

Black cleaver +25% ARM Penetration.

Ghost Blade +15% Crit, +20% MS for 6 seconds & +40% AS for 6 seconds.

^ Those stats are more than +20dmg.

The Black Cleaver's passive is only "better" when your team has a lot of AD damage; Yi Jungle and Zed Middle etc and if no-one else buys Black Cleaver, since they don't stack.

As a result, Ghost Blade is cheaper, gives more damage and utility.

Only get Black Cleaver if you need your team to win and Ghost Blade if you can carry and want to 1v2/1v3 better.

I'm guessing you mean Runes & Items for Galio?

Runes
9x Magic Pen Marks
9x ARMR Seals
9x Flat MR Glyphs
3x Flat AP Quints

Masteries
22-8-0

Itemization

Starter
1x Faerie Charm
3x HP Pot
3x MP Pot

This starter is most beneficial on Galio as it allows him to constantly harass with his long range spells (cost a lot of mana, but does significant poke damage).

You will always have your HP/MP up while enemy is most likely to start Doran Ring + 2 Pot and going to be playing cautiously.

This allows you to eliminate the pressure of enemy jungler ganking (if enemy mid laner commits, you can kill and escape with your shield/ms boost).

If you don't like this start, you can start Doran Ring + 2 Pots (not as beneficial).

Build Path
against AP
Athene > Abyssal > Merc Treads > Banshee Veil/Death Cap > Spirit Visage/Void Staff
against AD
Morello > Abyssal (if you're not losing) > Frozen Heart > Death Cap > Void Staff > Randuins > Spell Pen Boots/Ninja Tabi/Merc Treads

Your build is really mix & match depending on who you are vsing and how you are doing in lane and finally, what your team needs. Those are rough guidelines.

Galio should always be mid (take Flash/Ignite or TP/Flash if you know how to make plays with ult at bot).

No-one really counters him, except for Ranged. If you are having a lot of trouble against ranged, take a doran shield. Once you are lvl 6, you can clear waves with your combo, so it doesn't really matter. Just survive in lane with your 6 pots.

Save your ult to get as many people as possible when the team fight starts (you don't have to initiate) or if you can catch one of their carries out when they are by themselves (flash+ult catch one, take baron/objective etc).

Start Doran Shield for easy lane phase.

Shyvana can all in Ryze at level 6 or when he has cutlass/botrk if Ryze isn't ahead. If Ryze doesn't take ignite, he can't kill you anyway, just buy an early negatron cloak. Ryze will not rush Haunting Guise/Spell Pen Boots/Void staff early, so he will have 0 kill potential on you.

Same for Renekton, use E to get on him, W instantly, Q, E out. Poke him down, until you can tower dive with ulti. If he W (stuns) you, dash up to him twice, if he flashes, you can flash too.

Against Jayce, same thing applies, just tower poke him down then tower dive. Jayce is extremely squishy.

Doran Shield is your best friend against ranged autoattackers.

You should ALWAYS take tower when you are winning lane and capable of taking tower. This is not season 1 & 2 any more. Fast rotations & objectives for global gold allows your team to get ahead and win.

You take tower, you give gold to your jungler, top & mid. This either makes the enemy bot lane freeze > you take free drag. Or, they push > your jungler ganks double kill > free drag.

As for roaming, you only roam after you take your bot tower > rotate mid > take mid tower > take drag/baron > continue for global objectives/map pressure.

Also a tip: Just because you are losing by say 30cs, does not mean you go bot by yourself to get CS. Either, you will get ganked and die while solo (since you are behind and weaker) or the enemy team forces a 4v5. Stay with your team. Only go bottom, when you KNOW/SEE the enemy go back or rotating somewhere, allowing you to clear a wave and get back to your team in time.

Depends what champ you are, how you are doing, how you're team is doing & what the current state of the game is.

If you are a champion that excels at roaming (Nidalee, Kat, TF etc) then push your lane quickly and roam. Even if you are behind, you shouldn't be trying to farm on "roam" champs. Always roam, even if you miss CS, if your roam is successful, you can either get yourself or your team mates a kill(s) > gain map pressure > free tower/dragon.

Well, you only go for a kill if you KNOW you can kill him or if there is NO WAY you are getting out. If you are unsure if you can kill, you will just need to gain more experience. I can't tell you to go in for a kill or not go in for a kill if you are unsure of killing the enemy. If you are unsure, then you are unsure, there is no answer lol. You either know or you don't if you want to kill/go back.

There eis no such thing as an "Aggressive or Defensive" player. People who say that are dumb. Your champion & situation either lets you choose to be aggressive or defensive if you are a smart player. You can't always play defensive or always play aggressive. Some situations require different things. Experience will allow you to know when to be aggressive or defensive.

Always go back if you don't know where the enemy is, unless you are a good player (D1) and know where the enemy will be via your 6th sense even without wards.

When i lost my lane, should i still buy dmg or always tanky with every Champ (toplane) and should i roam than if i cant stay top or just farming under Tower?
