Download problem

Helo, i've been searching the net for a long time and I did not find any useful help to make the downloader working.

My problem is, I download the installer, it extracts like 50Mb then when i start the client it says connection error 208 and does nothing.

Checked torrent sites for the CD installer, but there was only results for beta version.

I tried turning off my antivirus/firewall, a lot of things, I pinged the server IP it replied to me, but just can't solve this, non of the offical forum helps are soling this problem.

So could you helping me with this problem please?
I really don't want to spend money on the CD just to find out later, I can't patch it.

Does it dont work with the normal download-link from the internet-site?

This is the normal download link from the main site, it is a downloader which does nothing :D

I'm having the same problem, I've got a funny feeling it might be OS specific.....

you can't play swtor on mac or linux actually (i think, correct me if i'm wrong)
