pgAdmin Question for private server.

Ive been working on trying to build a private server for co using [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] guide. Ive made it to step seven were I am supposed to be able to Edit the server information and on other guides the account information. All the tables are showing up like without the edit options. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or give me link with directions. Thanks in advance to those who post useful responses.

DONT USE THIS GUIDE!
Its a crappy source which makes your client close randomly

Use CoEMU v2 or LOTF or Hybrids source but not this one!
