use xampp instead of webman and copy the update folder from webman and put it in c:/xampp/htdocs

xampp? Im right now having the server up . But cant create gm character i get all the time password does not match while i edited all the database tables related to user accounts.

Im gonna look to fix this error first then ill look for xampp. thanks

Damn cant manage to make GM character my database is a clean one so in the vid it shows other stuff. I did everything what is mentioned in the video.

to edit your pw you must first edit it o TBl_user and the USER_PROFILE..
but in user_profile your password must b md5 generated ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])
If my pw is 12345
My MD5 pw is 827ccb0eea8a706c4c34a16891f84e7b

Ok ive understand that part if you want to change password or what ever its MD5 generated.

Can some one explain for what the webserver is gonna be used for? Registrations or?

WEBSERVER IS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE!
damn I couldn't make it more clear than that...

Gah... Webman creates a HTTP access point for your server. If you open firefox or IE and go to a website: it is always xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80 if you dont understand that part. God help you. Webman or XAMMP or whatever the hell you use for a webserver creates an actual page at your.servers.ip.here:80 the :80 is PORT 80. You dont have to use it, you dont need to use it, but putting everything on a local machine makes planning and organization easier.

Christ... Umm... Looking back at that, i hope most of that made sense. webman or xammp creates a usable webpage at the ip of your server (assuming its on the local machine)

Isnt webman the part when u want the server to be hosted on some IP on the web not on your comp IP?, i was thinking that webman is a program for servers that are dedicated...

@Vegeta-Lets say the ip of the server is 1.2.3.4:6678 (not sure about the port; assume its the games port) If you typed that ip into a web browser, you wouldnt get anything because the service (dekaron_server.exe) doesnt have a web output. But lets say that you were running webman on that same ip the dekaron_server.exe is running on. So then typing in 1.2.3.4 in a webbrwoser it defaults to :80 or port 80 and since webman occupies port 80 and has a web output. The webpage would then we displayed. The website and the server share an IP but they are on different PORTS which makes many services possible without interferring with one another.

Make sense now?

port is:

50005
and
7880
you need to open both ports
