What about dedaga user? This acount is 2 days old and already got 34 thanks (all from fake users like wefjmwefnfwn, wefwe,fmkwfn, wefewfnwnf, wef,wefmmwf or wef,wefmwmf) and 26 posts, all with "add"...

Open a separate paypal account for sales like these. They pay the money, you either send the money away or cash out from the atm first. If they charge back, 2 BAD FOR THEM.
