Login fehler

Hallo lieber leser.
Ich habe das folgende kleine problem das ich bei der Pw eingabe dc bekomme.
Und als Log eintrag kommt folgendes...=

Liegt es an meinen xammp/apache? Weil er auch nicht startet.

Try to change the pass of the user "Shaiya" in your DB (SQL) and change your pass on all .ini files using the password encryptor.
