i just want to ask if there's a way to jump from 5-3 to 5-2 to 5-1... because it's really annoys me every time i need to exchange the palladium i need to exit 5-3 to 4-4 then to x-5 then 4-5 then 5-1 then 5-2.....very very long way... i see some people jump from 5-2 to 5-1...how to do it???

You need 2 hangars for it.
You place one ship on 5-2 and the other ship on 5-3.

If you've collected enough palladium, you log out of the map and change the hangar hall.
Login again and you're on 5-2. Exchange your palladium, log off and change again your hall.

Tadaa. You're back on 5-3 with an empty storage.
