game guard please help

i'm experiencing an error i've never heard of before

as you can see in the attached picture it downloads the file properly, it's when it tries to copy it to the destination that there is a problem,
i've tried deleting GG files in 9D folder, deleting files in the online engine and re-downloading both, deleting cache, shutting down FW uninstalling anti virus

editing:"C:/WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc/hosts"

contacting 9D Support, pff

has anyone else ever experienced this? after it triess to copy across it gives me a error 360, for incomplete update anyone got any idea what to do?

uninstall the game then install the game again after gg updates should work fine

Or you could try disabling your antivirus , that's what my problem was , so I uninstalled it .

Basically...
Disable your anti-virus when downloading the game (since some
anti-virus takes the launcher/installment as a virus)

and/or

Reinstall the game (with your anti-virus off), if and only if what cyxz
told you, didn't work ^^
