How long does it take them to answer, i emailed 3 hours ago and no answer. They just ignoring me?

Normaly 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Bei mir waren es meistens 1-2 Tage aber nie am gleichen Tag.

Na ausser TGC aber Manchmal is der Normale auch noch am Selbentag Dabei :)

Same here, Figured they are ignoring me, It wont be changed for about a week im guessing

There are many who have the same problem, so the support is currently overwhelmed.
But notice that you have to specify your Server and your ID.

well it depends i think. i usually get a reply within 20 mins but thats because i know one of them

I sent my id and user name and everything. I do when i send them emails.
