Small problem with sr_gameserver.

Fresh server with clean database [vSro 1.88] shows me this error:
fatal - 713:SR_GameServer is blind : 0 users banned

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
i can't solve it

sr_gameserver just crashes via 30 secs.
