Darkorbit account

Hi everybody,
I want to buy some kind of "starter" darkorbit account.I prefer some of the newest,less developed server like global america 4,5.I want it to have :
-Enough LF3 and B02 + all extras and generators 7900
-At least 9 drons ( 8 iris and apis )
-PET level 8 or higher
-Ship lever 17 or higher
-Pilot points 24 or higher
-Skylab all lvl 20

That sounds perfect, I have a usa west account with 9 drones 1 or 2 lf4, a havoc, level 18, 19 pp, pet level 15 with lvl 3 kami and resource collector, and enough lf3 and bo2.
