[REQUEST]Clean source LOTF

I need a LOTF source with this only:
•No adding npc's or codes
•No Source made by anyone
•A source that is aviable to edit in
•Full Regular LOTF source without NPC's,
only the original Conquer NPC's
ex.
Warehouse, LadyLuck, ArtisanWind Etc.
Not any new NPC's

is because i want to work out a source, that will have all this:

•NPC, that upgrades your level if you are second reborn and level 135
for CPS

•NPC, that make Bless and EnchantHP to garment & gourd
•Lovestone Work
•NinjaClass after reborn (Promotion,Items,Items in shops, Upgrade level & Quality)
•Dis city
•Lab
•Jail
•New maps
•GuildCreation with Allie,Enemy,Deputy,Guildlist,Disban,ChangeGL
•Shoppingmall works
•Heavenbless
•CPAdmin with exchange from
DB -> CPS
CPS -> Gold
Gold -> CPS
DBScroll -> CPS
100k each CP
•Quests work
•Demonhunter quest
•And many more things!!

But i need a clean source, before i can make the source.
Because all source is having edits and i need a totally clean source with only original things in.

if you can't clean a loft how can you work on it?

Some people are lazy, I can understand he doesn't feel like doing that himself, but I can't believe he couldn't Google for a clean LOTF source >_>. Took me 5 minutes to find mine.
