How to play KR 9D without korean ISP/IP?

You can get proxy to change your IP but you can't confirm your dates therefor playing on KR is impossible.
Unless you find a random KR dude who is willing to make you an account, confirm it and other shits. Tried it, KRs are so stupid.. they won't do that, they are afraid.

i wanna see you lend out your identity to a random dude on the net, then trust that he wont do any dmg to their server. Cuz guess what? it's your ID they have on their database so if they need some1 to sue, you are the first one they will contact.

KSSN are easy to get, but u still need a phone number attached to this KSSN to confirm your identity, which is impossible

2 Years ago it was easy to Play any Korean-Only server.
