rent s server

Hello has all
I would want to open a flyff server this summer and I would want to know the system has to choose as the rent of this server (equipment, memory, bandwidth,os... )If somebody could advise(recommend) me or direct my choices...

4 Cores, 8gb ram, alt least 100gb hdd, windows server 2008+
100mbit
should be enough for at least 100players
