It works! But don't expect much; You cannot modify important files such as luas. However, you can still edit or exchange images, sounds, voices and etc. You can even unpack data036.kom and repack it and use it in game.
A brief manual is also included in the attached rar file below, which contains only two python scripts for unpack/repack.
