In regards to the pricing of the inventory unlock keys in item mall, I can offer you a sound explanation. Your mileage on how you interpret it may vary but this is what we thought about when we decided this.
We made the inventory keys widely available through ingame farming, alea gave you a bit in the nudge in the direction. The harder the task, the better the key. Bronze keys of course are available from a wide variety of early game bosses since you need them the most. While the drop rates are not too high but not too low, this was made with something in mind about that egg report *cough* *wheeze* *cough*, which under other things may also award some more keys. Also, we've given green light for the GMs to award bronze keys during events. With this availability in mind, we also wanted to have these items retain some value. Because we've frequently heard complaints that there is too few items worth hunting after in the game, especially in context with bosses not being rewarding enough these days. As a result of this, we wanted to make it so that players don't feel like their hand is forced towards buying all of the keys from the item mall. Thus we've set their price respectively towards what their market value ingame could be like. Our intention was, that if you're only missing a few pages to be able to use the next set of keys, that you have the option to buy them should you feel impatient.
With that said, we have always offered improvements for players that were willing to support the server financially. (As much as we like you guys, if we make no profit we won't be able to offer you a game anymore.) But we always made sure those were available ingame earnable through honest effort as well. Which is true in this case, same as usual. So I personally at least, believe the pay2win accusations rather unfounded. Your mileage may vary, though and you are free to believe what you want.
