[Need help] FPS Unlock - no kernel32.sleep function !!!!!

Hey everyone.
I cant make multiclient and unlocked fps myself Because i need help of advanced programmers, can you help me?

1) open it in ollydbg
2) try to search for kernel32.sleep and you will not find it.

How else can i make unlocked fps and multiclient?

Let me know and if you can - help me please.

First you need to disable conquer.exe protection
