Launcher HTML Page Link

Could anyone post me a link that will point to the current HTML/PHP page that is being loaded inside the launcher? I don't have the official client installed anymore and I'm damn lazy =w=

Guys... Play.exe shows you some webpage with the news like new patches n shit. Thats what he's talking about.

Or he means a random launcher from a random server that loads a random webpage ? Who knows, he isn't clear enough. And if he wants it of the original game, why is he under private servers?
