e*pvp avatar

I need avatar with e*pvp logo:

Please add a nice background to it and add effects to the logo. I don't want any simple work like adding a background, the logo and name. Effects are important, which is the main reason i will like and pay.
For example:
It's so well designed. However, I have got pm this avatar is only made for him. I really like it, to be honest. Please make something similar - NOT SAME!
