What programs are Needed for Bots

Hi i am wanting to make a new bot for farming the sins in the "The Halcyon job" Quest using a Mo/W for super fast runs.

Now i am wondering what programs are needed / are easy to use.
This would include picking up coloured items as in gold and purple.

Please any help will be greatfully thanked

Is there anyway in autoit so i can move the screen around?
