can i ask 3 ques and answer me
1-can i use Vps to make reff service?
2-what is best site i can pay to buy vps?
3-are there anything best than VPS ?

Hello, probably no, since lol works only on windows/mac/etc , but well something I think I heard to make it work at linux, but well, I would recommend you VDS , it is more expensive, but you can run windows here 24/7. Just take like 16gb rams, good cpu/gpu and you can run up to 20 accounts i bet.

Try using a dedicated server. That has windows installed instead of Linux

You'll need a windows vps and they are usually way more expensive.
Also if you go bot it won't be in a client meaning you'll either need to run vm's in your vps or get a lot of small vps's which would turn out rather expensive and usually isn't worth it.
