Conquer lotto: big scam?

Hi, so ive been playing conquer on and off for about 4 years now, and the game is now in ruin imo (although thats another thread).

Anyway, i must of spent around 1000cps on the lotto, and the item of most value ive ever won is a +2 stone, am i doing something wrong? how can i have such awful luck? Is it possible that you have to pour 1000s of cps into the lotto before it actually returns decent results?

I know there is no "trick" to lotto, and its all down to luck, but do TQ have some kind of money grabbing hidden scam in place that prevents you from winning until you already lined their pockets?

My friend gave me 27 cps once, and I used in on the Lottery.
Now keep in mind I've only done the lottery a few times.
I won an Elite 2 socket hat, with 27 cps.

It's random, and down to luck.
All tho different prizes in the lotto have a different rank, so some have less of a chance than others.

I burned about 400 dbs on the lotto, got a couple of Elite 1 socket items and a Mirac Gourd.

The dbs didn't cost me anything though. /awarditem *cough*

well , i belive there is lucky players and un lucky players
i afriend playing conquer like once evry 3 monthes
he found 1 db won mirc gourd and +8 bag at once
at the same day i went in with 3 dbs the best thing i got was +3 stone and elite 2 soc club

another day he took his share of GW cps and went to lucky he won +8 weapon
just he is lucky

some guys win items and otheres will never do !!

^ Technically this isn't true but in this situation it's valid.

Chars are probbly added with luck like eudemons are.

Still fucking stupid, i spend 270, got one thing which is worth anything, elite 2 soc wepon

i played lotto quite a lot.. never got anything better than elite 1 sock necklace.. but even that was in the old times.. when lotto was just getting started..
