HUGE FPS drops :| please help!

Hey!
2 days ago I was playing normal and everytjing worked fine, but now everything is lagging..
I have like 1-10 fps and can't even know where my champion is ^^
I have 1-10 fps in lowest quality but some days ago I constantly had 30+ on very high.
Maybe anyone knows what the problem is?

Maybe a Virus?

Mayer You habe an Laptop and you put the battery settings on "save battery" or something

you probably downloaded something that messed up your video card, try updating/reinstalling your video card driver.

Download/install CCleaner - Run that
Download/install Malware bytes - Run it

Let me know if that changes your FPS issues :)

Update your graphiccard driver

-Update graphic card drivers
-See what have you downloaded last days that might use a lot of your memory
-Check with task administrator if u are running something "heavy" while u are playing.
