[Help]Making a Server online to the public

how do you make a server online to public?
-im not using a modem or i dont have a router, so im connected to the internet directly
-i tried dyndns.com, i have made an account 'wierd part' wildcard is disable, so it doesnt work wid me..

any of u guys have any idea? 'cept hamachi'
