Canons 60 pounds

Hello guys,
When put 60 Skills, and canons 60 pounds, and -25% in clastles? Anyone know when put this things?

i guess you mean the talent days, 60 pounder days and castel days.
The castel days have been a few weeks ago(i believe around 2 weeks?), the talent days have been around one week ago and the 60 pounder days have been around 1 month ago. Therefore you will have to wait quite a long time for 60 pounder days, a few weeks for talent days and soon(maybe in one or two weeks) there will be castel days.
Just so you know, i am only guessing these information, but i hope it is roughly right^^
