Upgrading rb'd equips in tc?

I remember a long time ago I heard freshly rb'd equips had bad chances of sup'ing in tc. Is that still an accepted rumor?

as far as i know, yes. It was recommended to lvl it up 1 time before supering it

Just last month, I supered:
elite lvl 15 cap with 1 db
elite lvl 15 bracelet with 1 db
elite lvl 15 gown with 2 dbs
elite lvl 17 bag failed 1 db, and then I ran out so I stopped.

Just two days ago, I failed 7 dbs on a lvl 116 bag that had it's dura lowered to 5/5
supered an elite lvl 17 bag in 4 dbs
failed 4 dbs on elite lvl 15 boots
I don't think it's necessary to lvl up your equip once after rbing, I never did for any of mine and had half decent results.

Very nice! I upped mine and had pretty bad results. took me 4 WITH luckytime activating on the 4th try.
