hey like you saw today CCG changed and there says if we broke the rules bigpoint can ask us for money is that true ?:(

Ah I see, the term of condition.. Well first of all if they only change the stuff they said on the forum it would change I see no big changes:

In short we are changing the following Terms:
Eligibility (DE: 1.1.3 / EN: 3.1)

Due to certain geo-political issues, Bigpoint will no longer accept registrations from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
Players who - with the consent of their legal guardians - started playing before they reached their 18th year of age, are now automatically bound to our Terms & Conditions when they turn 18.

SEPA (DE: 7.4)

If you are using certain recurring payment methods (e.g. to pay for subscriptions) we will now inform you about the next booking 5 days in advance in accordance with the rules governing SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area).

User obligations (DE: 9.1)

Our users have to ensure that they follow our Terms & Conditions as well as our Code of Conduct.

Liabilities (DE: 12.1)

Should a user, for any reason, violate the law while using Bigpoint’s platforms, Bigpoint will not take any responsibility and reserve the right to claim any incidental costs from the person responsible for the law-breaking incident.

The new Terms & Conditions will be valid from 2nd of April 2014.

I thought it was something about copyrighted stuff that users post on their forum's so if the "boss" sues bigpoint for having this stuff on their platform's bigpoint will take no credit and it's your fault..

Iontel,look a example:if you make a video with you sunking players,and you put as music for the video a song from,lets say Aerosmith,then, if Aerosmith will sue BigPoint for using their song without permision,the one who will pay,is going to be you!
