[Request] Information or assistance

After hours of trying to follow threads here and get a local hosted server up and going, I failed horribly.

If someone is willing to explain things in laymans terms, I'm willing to take direction and learn or if anyone wants to help a charity case and teamview me and assist in setting everything up with me it would be greatly appreciated.

I've run a jade dynasty server on vmware years ago but I cant seem to get a rohan server running just on windows 7 or on a VM.

I was following that, Ill give it another shot later tonight and see if I might be able to figure it out.

I try to look around for answers for things but sometimes the questions get asked but never answered or I'm not understanding the answer.

Trial and Error will work for most things as long as I dont completely derp something I'll be fine.

Figured out the DB restore so I'll update if I run into any other issues
