Dungeon Defender Modding

I am looking for a clean download of the following 3 programs for modding Dungeon Defenders on Xbox 360.

1. Eternia Crystal
2. Horizon
3. Modio

Any help is appreciated.

Isn't Horizon free? Or have they changed it? The website isn't loading for me ><
