New upgrading & downgrade system

I wrote a new upgrading system colculated with a random code x % 100, but it still can get increase with potion of fortune.

new upgrade with upgrading magic scroll,

50 % +1
50 % +2

new upgrade with upgrading magic scroll from shop,

<= 25 % +1
>= 26 % and <= 50 % +2
>= 51 % and <= 75 % +3
>= 76 % <= 89 % +4
>= 90 % +5


if you use tinture and you get fail, you have this %

>= 1 % and <= 39 % 0
>= 40 % and <= 79 % -1
>= 80 % <= 100 % -2

if you haven't tinture and you get fail you don't lose items but, you have this %

<= 25 % -1
>= 26 % and <= 50 % -2
>= 51 % and <= 75 % -3
>= 76 % <= 89 % -4
>= 90 % -5

I also put max upgrade +26, but it is bugged yet for now.

I tried +29. it bugged too. i don't know what is wrong... first is on client. it gives max level error when try upgrade to +25 or more. but if you put in db. item will work with correct damage, but +29 icon (any item) is a star :D... i will try do it later, btw. good job
