matchmaking question

Hey guys!

I've a question about matchmaking in NORMAL games.
Whenever i play on a Plat II account with about 110 normal wins i allways get matched with plat/dia-people. But when i play with my Dia V account with about 800 normal wins i allways get matched with silver/bronze guys.

So my question is:
Does the matchmaking in normal games look up your elo if you have a small amount of normal-wins? And if you have a bigger amount (500+) of normal-wins you'll get matched with guys who have the same amount of wins, doesnt matter which rank they are in soloQ?

As far as I know the soloque elo is different from your normal queue elo. So that might be the reason why your Dia V account still get matched vs. silver/bronze players.

It's different elo system. Probably your w/l ratio on your smurf is so much better than on your main, how much w/l do you have on both accounts?

Ah yeah it could be. Well i don't know the amount of loss on my accounts but it shall be much better on my smurf account so it sounds legit to me. Thank you.

Just to add another agreement:

Normal MMR is COMPLETELY separate from ranked MMR.
