Why my Msgserver.exe and Npcserver.exe doesnot work?

when i open msgserver.exe and npcserver.exe small popup come out and tell msgserver need to closed...

1. you will need to tell us what verison of the database you are using.

2. we will need copy of your config files for the msg and npc servers

3. if you going to ask for help please provide enough details so we know what is going on. No one can read minds.
