Frage zu den Levels

Hallo liebe Community!

Ich hätte mal ne Frage zu den Levels. Als ich letztens etwas von
meinen elite*gold ausgegeben habe bin ich plötzlich von Level 3
auf Level 2 herabgestiegen. Nun ist meine Frage: War das nur ein
Bug oder steigt man wirklich Level ab?
