Suppose i have accounts X and Y both level 30. I make referrals (let's say 100) to reward account Y. Then with RP earned on Y, i purchase skins and stuff for account X. If Riot bann account Y, do they also remove the stuffs bought for account X?

Yep its gonna be removed. Maybe (!!!) u have luck and they will forget to remove the Stuff.
