prevent getting a email from the creators

hey all
do some of you remmeber the old topic where some servers get sued beause of the private server ??

well , the reason is simple and it is realy simple to protect you from it

they dont sue you because you create a private server
but they sue you because you use there name

there names are copyright protected , so if you want to prevent to get a email from them
just be sure to not put there name on (eo is ok but Eudemons ... not )

so basicly , be sure you make a other kind of description that says the same , but never say that name

then everything will be fine and they dont complain :D

hmm , not sure of that
i got a email of them because my client that dint know this rule
so thats why i post it here again , so every1 knows it for sure if they dint know it yet :P

The letters were fake anyways confirmed by an employee of TQ.

Because i have got a registered letter ... not a mail ...

funhacker, the letters were official from TQ.
some of us got mails, while un-reachable mails got eMails :).
if they were fake, i'm going to kill myself!!!!

dude TQ never sent any letters or emails they were fakes, maybe from other servers or from the server in questions staff idk idc I just saying TQ wont try to sue anyone

I' really think this is not fake ...

but alright .... try it yourself, set up a site, and spam it with eudemons online, ect ect ect client ect ect ...

than lets help tq so he can find it ....

than when you have a letter ... lets see how far you can go with it ;)

Sorry to say but TQ is very aware of ACME EO and they have not done a thing. I regurlary talk to a TQ staff member who runs all the non-chinese servers. This person also knows I am a member of ACME and has seen alot of my SQL files and knows of me breaking their encryptions on path finder disdain and levexp files. Has no problem with it either so why would they lie about sending a letter to these other servers. I am telling you they did not have anything to do with those letters they were VERY fake, you could tell that just by looking at the poor sentence structure and lack of vocablary to begin with.

Well, the letter was over the name "eudemons online" or "Conquer online" On your site...

Thats why they send the letter, not for setting up a server :bandit:

Guess you have not been on our site? It has "Eudemons Online" and "Conquer Online" all over the place. Dude stop reading the parts you want and just know TQ themselfs have confirmed the letters were not sent by them or on their behalf.

This is maybe a good prank,or someone who owns a server dont want the competition..dunno.
They sure got something for it..lol
