Cabal Online PH Enc Files Error Please Help

Hi! I've been having this problem and it's really been pissing me off. Everytime I try to open and run my cabal its window pops up but an error like "ability.enc" is corrupted or something. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the client for like 3 times now and the same problem occurs as well as downloading set of enc files and copying it to the folder nothing happens. It started when I downloaded and extracted the manual patch for the return of the guardian for auto patch doesnt work for that one. Does anyone here know how to resolve this? Please help and thanks!!
