You have textures in bad folder... must be in D:\ymir work\npc2\chaoss_hunt_girl\---.tga

Look on .gr2 model, there is write where texture are..

I have the npc files in npc not npc2

I moved all files in npc2 and now i don't see the npc look my sysser :

put them in npc AND npc2 =)
