Huge question here, how do i lower it and make it higher? as well as CPS rate

Depends on your source. I'd assume your database has a table for rates or perhaps a code file with constants of rates.

You can't lower it and rise it at the same time. That includes CPS.

What if you have two rates for the same thing and you lowered one and raised another? :rolleyes:
